To determine the estimated time of arrival of your order, please use the following formula: Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time. Shipping time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) is indicated in each product description on our web site. All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours during normal business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Delivery Policy

WowZzers! will ship to a P.O. Box ONLY if the customer picks United States Postal Service Method. FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, WowZzers! shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, WowZzers! shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of WowZzers! whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. If you have not received your order tracking number due to an error, you may e-mail our and request your tracking number. Upon shipment of your order you will also receive notification that your order has been sent in accordance with your selected shipping option. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
|
|
If you have placed an order for a Pre-Order or Back-Ordered item along with product that is available now, we will ship the product which is in stock now and then the other items as they become available. Please note that this will NOT result in an additional ship charge.

Please be advised, if your order requires additional information for processing verification, you may receive one or more of the following:

(2) A phone call from a WowZzers! customer service representative.
(3) A call from your bank to verify your purchase.

Return Policy & Procedures for Refund & Exchange
|
|
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Return Authorization Number may be requested 15 days from the date your product shipped from our warehouse. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. All returns sent COD will be REFUSED.
All products must be received at our warehouse within 10 days of issuing the RA Number. Items received after 10 days will be refused. Exchange and/or refunds will be void.
If Product is Resalable:
If the product is UNOPENED and UNUSED, within 10 days after the merchandise has been received, customers can receive a full refund or exchange (minus the original shipping cost). Please be sure to include all original packaging materials and instructions. Any returned items that are NOT in a RESALABLE condition, customers will only receive maximum of 50% of the original cost of the product. (minus the original shipping cost).
If Product is Defective:
Defective products and products damaged during shipping will be exchanged free of charge. Returned products must be complete and in the original manufacturers packaging. The box must include all original components and markings. Pack returns securely for your protection and to insure the products safe return. Shipping, handling and processing charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping, handling and processing charges, insurance, and duties, taxes, or tariffs on ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS. If the damage was caused by the carrier (i.e. FedEx or US Postal Service), customers can file a claim with one of our customer service representatives. The claim may take up to 5-7 business days. You will not be liable for return shipping cost, ONLY if the product was damaged due to the carrier.
Replacement product orders WILL NOT BE shipped until the original item is received and tested. Once the item has been confirmed defective, and all components are accounted for, the replacement item(s) will be shipped. If the item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed to be defective.
Any deviation from the return policies and procedures as described above will result in a delay of your credit, and a restocking fee up to maximum of 20%, or possibly a cancellation of your return request.
Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 15 days. E-mail us at () to receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number.
1) Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
2) Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, & phone number.
